Record numbers visit miscanthus farm walk, October 29, Morningthorpe, Norfolk

This year we’ve had more interest than ever from producers wanting to plant miscanthus, from all agricultural sectors.

Curiosity seems to be driven by increasingly volatile commodity prices, and the need for stable, sustainable income. And our mission is to offer a practical, lucrative case for farmers to grow miscanthus on poor grade, marginal land.

We welcomed a record breaking 45 visitors to the Norfolk farm walk, hosted by David and Christopher Sargent, and we have some great images of the day to share. Take a look!
